Bid Info:   Bids for the PLCS – Technology Building Renovation 2018 will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday October 18, 2018, at the Papillion-La Vista Community Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 3,600 square feet of interior renovation to the existing building as well as miscellaneous site work improvements.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Papillion LaVista Community Schools. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days after the date of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
