Bids shall be submitted in opaque, sealed envelopes bearing on the outside the bidder's name
and address, and marked "Bid for the Monona County Courthouse HVAC Upgrade Project". If bids are sent
by mail, they shall be received by the Monona County Auditor’s office at 610 Iowa Ave, Onawa, IA 51040
prior to bid date and time as indicated below. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday October 11, 2018. Bids received
after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Board of Supervisors
office on the 1st floor of the Courthouse at that time.
