Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted in opaque, sealed envelopes bearing on the outside the bidder's name and address, and marked "Bid for the Monona County Courthouse HVAC Upgrade Project". If bids are sent by mail, they shall be received by the Monona County Auditor’s office at 610 Iowa Ave, Onawa, IA 51040 prior to bid date and time as indicated below. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday October 11, 2018. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Board of Supervisors office on the 1st floor of the Courthouse at that time.

Project Location: Onawa, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Project shall consist of a facility improvement update for the Monona County Courthouse including improvements to the heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems. The Project shall include the installation of a new Variable Refrigeration Flow system in all rooms and will include a building control system. Electrical improvements will be included as needed. The Project shall be constructed at the Monona County Courthouse, 610 Iowa Ave, in the City of Onawa, Monona County, Iowa.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
