Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 5,100 s.f. of existing roofing, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system. All existing roof drains are to remain.

Documents are also available for viewing at the Lincoln Builders Bureau, Omaha Builders Exchange, Kearney Builders Bureau, Hastings Chamber of Commerce and Builders Plan Service in Grand Island.

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $15 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Digital copies are available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of $25 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Unsuccesful bidders must return bid documents to A&D Technical Supply within 45 days of the bid opening or the deposit may be forfeit.
