Bidders shall meet at Millard Public Schools Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m. September 20, 2018 by Chad Meisgeier, Associate Superintendent for General Administration, at 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, Conference Room A. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The project consists of the construction of five (5) building on the three Millard Public Schools High School campuses. A concession and restroom facility is to be constructed at the softball fields at Millard North High School and Millard South High School. A press box and storage facility is to be constructed at the softball fields at all three of the Millard Public Schools High School campuses.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
