Bids will be received from Sub-contractors for the Facility Update (Phase 1) to the West Holt Memorial Hospital, at 406 W Neely Street, Atkinson, Nebraska, 68713, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Professional Associates, 256 N 115th Street, Suite 4, Omaha, Nebraska 68154.

Bid Documents, in the form of a CD or Electronic Download may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
