Bid Info:   Eight (8) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on a memory stick of the proposal shall be addressed and delivered in a sealed envelope to Southeast Community College, Attn: Aaron Epps, 301 South 68th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510. Proposals must be received at or prior to 2:00 p.m. (CST) on September 24, 2018. Only such proposals as have been received by the Director of Facilities' office at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Governors of Southeast Community College, 301 South 68th Street Place, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, a political subdivision and community college in Nebraska (the “College”) is hereby requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management at risk services pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-2901 et seq., for the following proposed project: Construction of an approximately 52,000 square foot general classroom building on the Southeast Community College – Beatrice Campus as more particularly described in the Program Statement for Classroom Building. (“Project”)
