Project Location: Columbus, NE

Public Notes:
Generally, the project consists of a new fire station (apparatus bays and living quarters) as well as Fire Administration Headquarters (offices and training/meeting rooms) and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project is to be constructed of load-bearing masonry (CMU), structural steel framing with cold-formed metal stud infill and masonry veneer. The entire building will be provided fire suppression (fire sprinklers). Mechanical systems include a variety of system types.

Digital copies are available for a non-refundable fee of $30 payed to A&D Technical Supply.

Physical copies of plans and specs can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $175.00
