Public Notes:
9,739 square foot education facility. Education facility composed of structural steel, masonry veneer, metal wall panels, precast concrete walls, structural steel roof framing and EPDM roof. See Bid Packages in the "View Plans" tab for other trades involved.



Job Purchase Information:

A physical set is avialable for a refundable deposit check of $150 payable to AHRS Construction, Inc.

A complete digital set of bid documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $35 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Physical copies can be shipped for a non-refundable payment of $35 payed to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Unawarded contractors must return bid documents within 14 days of the bid opening or deposits checks will be endorsed.
