Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the 209 Pearl Street Office of the City Clerk until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk’s Office of City Hall.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: Stripping, stockpiling and respreading of 52,000 CUYD of topsoil; placement of 394,000 CUYD of embankment berm material; construction of 975 SQYD of asphalt surfacing; construction of 870 LF of concrete curb and gutter; removal of one (1) headwall; construction of junction box; construction, testing, and CCTV of 360 LF of reinforced concrete pipe with end section; abandonment of 17 relief wells, 4 piezometers and 4 test wells; seeding, and erosion control.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to HDR. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
