Bid Info:   The City of South Sioux City will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. Local Time, on August 30th, 2018, at 1615 1st Ave, South Sioux City, NE 68776 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and reviewed for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled “City Council Chambers Audio and Visual System Upgrade”.

The City of South Sioux City, Nebraska, invites qualified vendors to submit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for upgrades to the existing audio and visual (A/V) system located at the City’s Council chambers. Through this RFP, the city is seeking a qualified Contractor or Integrator to provide services to upgrade the city’s A/V equipment and supporting infrastructure that serve the City Council chambers and other supporting rooms and spaces.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please do not return bid documents as no refund will be given on purchase-only projects.
