A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for August 2, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. DST, at the
Project Site, 12330 South 36th Street, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123. The Pre-Bid will be held in an eighth grade classroom. There will be signs to direct attendees. All Pre-Qualified General Contractors and Subcontractors wishing to submit a Bid
Proposal are invited to meet with the Owner and Architect to review all aspects of the
Project. Representatives of the Owner and Architect will be in attendance.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM DST, Thursday, August 23, 2018, at the office of the
Owner, St. Matthew Catholic Community, located at 12210 South 36th Street, Bellevue, Nebraska
68123. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately. Bids will be by invitation only. Any General Contractor who wishes to Bid, and who has not
been previously invited, must be pre-qualified and accepted by the Architect prior to issuing of
Bidding Documents. Any Contractor wishing to be pre-qualified must submit a Contractor's
Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305 (at the Architect’s option) to the Architect for
review, at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid Date.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of one-hundred dollars ($100.00), payable to St. Matthew Catholic Church, for the set of Bidding Documents.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.
If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.
The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for fifty dollars ($50.00), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. for mailing charges.
CD's and Download's containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
