NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Governors of Southeast Community College, 301 South 68th Street Place, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, a political subdivision and community college in Nebraska (the “College”) is hereby requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management at risk services pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-2901 et seq., for the following proposed project:

Construction of an approximately 81,000 square foot Health Sciences Building on the Southeast Community College – Lincoln Campus as more particularly described in the Program Statement for New Health Sciences Building. (“Project”)

Digital copies of project documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Physical copies are available for a non-refundable fee of $30 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Documents can be mailed for an additional payment of $6 paid to A&D Technical Supply.
