Public Notes:
Provide independent chilled water through an air-cooled chiller located on the garage roof and replacement of the garage roofing system with a new EPDM roof system. Garage roof repairs include parapet, wood railing replacement, flashings, and scuppers. This project will also include east balcony repairs, including replacement of deteriorated sealant and deteriorated wood cove molding at the east façade gable as well as some repointing of deteriorated masonry mortar.

Unsuccessful bidders must return bid documents and any issued addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within 45 days of the bid opening or their deposit may be forfeit.
