This project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and permits to construct a
military fuel point system at Greenlief Training Site. The project generally includes site paving, recycled concrete surfacing driveways, a 10,000 gallon double-wall aboveground fuel storage tank, two fuel islands with fuel dispensers, a fuel management system, two
fuel containment pads for HEMTT refuelers, water main extension with two fire hydrants, site lighting, fencing, and a prefabricated concrete storage building.
