Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the construction of the LINCOLN AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS will be received, by City Of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, OLMSTED & PERRY CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC., until 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

Project Location: Plattsmouth, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work consists of the following: Constructing storm sewer area inlets and manhole, RC storm sewer pipe, ditch embankment and grading, clearing and grubbing of work area, permanent seeding and site restoration.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to OLMSTED & PERRY CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC.. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.


Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. .


Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days after award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
