Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Project Location: York, NE

Public Notes:
The Project shall consist of a 2,140 SF remodel and expansion of the existing York Housing Authority office space, and associated site improvements. The 1,850 SF addition includes offices, restroom, kitchenette and support space. The Project includes mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The Owner will vacate the existing office area to enable non-phased construction.

This project is funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As such, the project requires compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates and Equal Opportunity Requirements. In addition, this project requires compliance with FHA’s Section 3 Plan, which targets minimum numeric goals for employment and contracting opportunities for Section 3 residents and business concerns.

Construction Documents may be obtained by calling A & D Technical Supply, http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 Phone 402-474-5454, Fax 402-474-5779) upon receipt of a $150.00 deposit, checks made payable to The A&D Technical Supply.

Documents can be shipped for an additional non-refundable fee of $25.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents including any issued addenda are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

Digital copies are available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of $25 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
