Bid Info:   Sealed proposals shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the offices of the ENCOR Director, Debbie Herbel. Bids may be dropped off, or mailed to the following ENCOR offices address: 4780 S. 131st Street, Omaha 68137, Nebraska. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project involves the interior remodeling of approximately 13,000 square feet of office space in an existing shell building. Work includes demolition, new partitions, new floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new doors and hardware, new casework, mechanical and electrical work. Exterior work will include construction of a new accessible concrete ramp and landings.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
