Public Notes:
This project consists of the following interior work:
1) Renovation of an existing Art Room into an Alternative Learning Center.
2) Renovation of an existing ELL Room into an Art Room.

Building systems altered by renovation include, but is not limited to, existing HVAC heat pump systems, fire sprinkler, lighting, electrical power and data distribution.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Company located at 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, 402-474-5454 for a refundable deposit check of $100 made payable to Lincoln Public Schools.

Documents may be shipped for an additional non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Documents must be returned to A&D Technical Supply within (30) days of the bid opening or deposits may be forfeit.

Only complete sets will be issued.

No digital copies are available for this project.

The Lincoln and Omaha builders bureaus are the only approved plan rooms for this project at this time.
