Bid Info:   Arch Icon will accept bids from qualified Sub-contractors for the Project until June 29, 2018, 5:00 PM CDT by e-mail sent to dcrook@arch-icon.com. The Sub-contractors shall submit bids with "The Everett," the trade, and the name of the bidder in the subject line. Sealed Bids for the Project will be received by the General Contractor and will be opened privately and reviewed before being accepted. Bids received after this time will not be considered.

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to the following: The planned historic rehabilitation will convert the Everett School building into 20 residential apartments, providing affordable housing for low-income individuals and families in the Sioux City area. The project contains 2 fully accessible units, 5 Type A units, 1 unit with accessible communication features, and 12 Type C units. Historic features and spaces which convey the building's historical, cultural, and architectural values will be preserved. Funding for the project comes from a variety of sources, such as the federal and state historic tax credit programs and low-income housing tax credits. This will require the retention and restoration of the main public spaces such as corridors, stairwells, lobbies, and old gymnasium.

Drawings and Specifications may be obtained upon receipt of a $50.00 refundable deposit or a CURRENT Builder's Card payable to Arch Icon Construction, P.C.

If shipping is required, there is a flat fee of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.

CD's and Download's containing a full set of Drawings and Specifications are available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable flat fee of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Plan Room.

Plans MUST be returned no later than 30 days after Bid Date. One reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
