Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on June 20, 2018 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
This project consists of renovations in the Omaha State Office Building that consist of but are not limited to the following disciplines: Demolition, Carpentry/Countertops, Fire Alarm/Protection, Doors, Plumbing, HVAC, and associated electrical work. See bid documents for more details.



Job Purchase Information:
Hard copies of plans and specs may be obtained with a refundable deposit check of $100 made payable to the Nebraska State Building Division.

Documents may be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $20 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposit checks will be returned if bid plans, specs, and any issued addendum are returned in good condition within 30 days of the bid opening.
