Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of a 4,000 s.f. fire-damaged metal building structure and all associated materials down to the existing concrete slab and footings, and construction of a new pre-engineered replacement building. The new building would be constructed on the existing concrete slab and footings, and be built around an existing freestanding storage mezzanine which is to remain. Electrical work includes new lights, power and electric overhead door operators. No site work, mechanical or plumbing is included.
