Public Notes:
Work consists of the construction of a 4,333 square foot single story surgery suite addition that includes two surgery rooms, prep/recovery areas, sterile processing, clean storage, soiled utility, nurses station, staff locker room, main entry and reception area.

Contracts for the following trades/disciplines have already been awarded: 03 Concrete & Reinforcement, 05 Metals (Material ONLY), and 02 Dirtwork.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors can obtain hard copy sets for a refundable fee of $70 payable to Bierman Contracting, Inc.

Digital copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained for $15 A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, (402) 474-5454.

Documents can be shipped for a non refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Only complete sets will be issued.

Unsuccessful bidders must return bid documents and any addenda in good condition within 30 days of the bid opening or the deposit may be forfeit.


Addenda
