Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Norfolk Public Schools, Norfolk Early Learning Center,
Norfolk, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2018, in the Board Room at Norfolk Public
Schools Administration Building, 512 Philip Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. PLEASE NOTE: The PDF is password protected.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
