Governor’s meeting room, on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building located at 301 South 68th
Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510. Firms may attend in person or by telephone/video conference. To

All responses and proposals shall be sealed and must be received at the office of the President located
at 301 South 68th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510 at or prior to 2:00 p.m. (CST) on June 5th, 2018.
Responses and proposals may be delivered in person, via United States Mail, parcel service as required
by the request for qualifications. Only such responses and proposals as have been received by the
Superintendent's office at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Submitted
responses and proposals will be immediately and simultaneously opened and recorded in the presence
the public at 2:00 p.m. (CST) on June 5, 2018, in the offices of the President. Following the opening
of responses and proposals, the responses and proposals will be evaluated, the construction manager at
risk candidates ranked in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to
Board of Governors’ policy.
