PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a pre-bid conference will be held at the building on May 2, 2018 at 10:00 am. Interested parties are to meet at the east building entrance. Bidders are encouraged to attend walkthrough. At discretion of Owner, bids may be rejected if Contractor has not attended the walkthrough.

Bid Info:   You are invited to bid on a combined contract, including general, mechanical and electrical work for the HVAC and Lighting Upgrades at the Douglas County 1215 Building. Douglas County will receive sealed bids until 11:00 am Central Time on May 16, 2018 at the LC1 Offices of the City Clerk, Omaha – Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, NE 68183-0011. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Project consists of upgrading the heating, cooling, and ventilation system serving the building and a complete lighting and ceiling replacement. HVAC upgrades include a new modular indoor air handling unit, duct and piping distribution, and new controls system. Existing lighting will be replaced with new LED lighting. Ceilings will be replaced to accommodate upgrades.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

There is a Refundable Deposit of $100.00 made payable to Specialized Engineering Solutions.

Any bidder upon returning the documents in good condition within 7 days of date of Bid opening shall be returned the deposit in full.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

CD's and Downloads of plans and specifications are also available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
