Prospective bidders may either purchase a day parking pass for $2 per vehicle from UPD in the Davidson Building, or park in metered spots in lot 22. Refer to campus maps included in the project manual for more information on prebid meeting location and parking availability.

Public Notes:
This project consists of the replacement of the roof for the University of South Dakota, Slagle Hall in Vermillion, South Dakota. Work includes but is not limited to: Insulation, Panelling, EPDM Roofing, and exterior painting.



Job Purchase Information:
Printed Documents may be obtained by contacting A & D Technical Supply located at 1822 ‘N’ Street in Lincoln, Nebraska (Telephone: 402-474-5454). A refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 made payable to Davis Design is due at pick-up.

Plans, specs, and any addenda must be returned in good condition within 30 days of the bid opening or the deposit will be forfeit.

Documents can be shipped for an additional non-refundable payment of $15 to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $15 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
