Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of an addition located at: 411 2nd Street, Kennebec, SD 57544, before 2:00 pm local time on May 10, 2018. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Presho School High School Band Room, 201 S. Birch Ave, Presho SD, 57568.

Project Location: Kennebec, South Dakota

Summary Project Description: 9,465 s.f. of addition at the Kennebec school, to include selective demo and site demo.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Puetz Corporation. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days of bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
