This Statement of Work (SOW) consists of all services, labor, equipment, tools, materials,
travel, licenses and permits to build out the additional office space unit and interior
renovation.
Project is to renovate existing masonry building to add one new office space (1,015 SF),
including but not limited to: new interior fill, concrete floor, foundation walls and footings,
frame walls and interior finishes for classroom, restroom and shower, kitchenette, storage
room, mezzanine storage area (250 SF steel frame structure, wood sub-floor, carpeted
finish) above storage room. Project also includes to renovate existing offices, classroom,
and restroom (1,020 SF) including but not limited to, new framing and insulation, and
finishes. Both areas include installation of new mechanical and electrical systems.

A complete set of plans and specs are available for a refundable deposit check of $50 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Digital copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained for $20 A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, (402) 474-5454.
Unsuccessful bidders will have 30 days after the bid opening to return their plans, specs, and addenda, after which time their deposit will be forfeit.
If shipping is required, hard copies can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Only checks will be accepted for the refundable deposit. The digital download can be charged to a credit card or account.
