Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received for the Fairbury Housing Authority – Parkview Apartments Parking Lot Expansion Project by the Fairbury Housing Authority at 105 W 5th Street, Fairbury, NE 68352. The bids shall be addressed to Twilya L’Eculer. Bids are due on or before Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. CDT

Scope of project consists of expanding the parking lot at Parkview Apartments in Fairbury, NE 23 stalls, sidewalk, curbs and security lighting.

Construction Documents may be obtained at A&D Technical Supply or by visiting http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE Phone: 402-474-5454) upon receipt of a $25.00 deposit, checks made payable to Fairbury Housing Authority

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

An additional non-refundable $15.00 will be required for documents to be mailed.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
