Bid Info:   The Board of Education for Lancaster County School District 55–0145 (a.k.a. Waverly School District 145) will receive Bids for the Waverly High School Tennis Courts Project, located at 13401 Amberly Road, Waverly, Nebraska 68462. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Tuesday April 24, 2018, at Waverly School District 145 Central Office, 14511 Heywood Street, P.O. Box 426, Waverly, NE 68462. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of four (4) tennis courts with sports lighting and related site work.
The following contractors are preapproved to bid this Project: Nemaha Sports Construction, McConnell & Associates Corp., Mid-American Courtworks. Other bidders wishing to submit bids shall submit AIA Document A305 Contractor’s Qualification Statement along with documents certifying the bidder is a certified Tennis Court Builder by the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) and is qualified to construct post-tensioned concrete tennis court systems. The bidder shall have installed a minimum of twelve (12) courts of this type in the last three years. Submit qualification documents either prior to Bid Date or with Bid.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
