Bid Info:   Sealed Bids will be received at the office of Craig Thelen, Superintendent, Physical Plant Building, 8800 O Street, Lincoln, NE until 2:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, and be publicly opened and read at that time for the Air Handling Unit & Chiller Replacement project. Bids will be opened in Room U101B at SECC Lincoln Campus, 8800 O Street.

Public Notes:
Project Description: Project consists of removal of existing air handing unit and chiller and installation of (2) new rooftop air handling units and a packaged chiller. Scope includes complete demolition, general, mechanical and electrical construction.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at A&D Technical Supply Company, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, or A&D Technical Supply Company, 4230 South 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon providing a $50.00 refundable deposit check payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Any bidder upon returning the documents in good condition within seven days following award of the contract shall be returned the deposit in full.

Digital copies of the plans and specs may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $15 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

An additional non-refundable $15.00 will be required for documents to be mailed.
