Public Notes:
Scope of project consists of a heating system upgrade including replacement of the hot water heating temperature control valves and thermostats for 58 units and the front lobby. The cooling system upgrade includes installing heating and cooling units to 37 apartments on the 3rd through 5th floors.

Construction Documents may be obtained by calling A&D Technical Supply, http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE Phone: 402-474-5454) upon receipt of a $25.00 deposit, checks made payable to Fairbury Housing Authority

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

An additional non-refundable $15.00 will be required for documents to be mailed.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
