The work consists of the following: The Work consists of construction of a single story 2,440 SF amenities building, installation of synthetic turf soccer field and site improvements including pavement and fencing. New Construction: Structured slab on shallow foundations; burnished block masonry building walls with hollow metal doors, door and window frames and asphalt shingle roof on plywood deck. Building Description: Soccer and Softball Amenities: Team Rooms: 1,400 sf.; Public Restrooms: 240 sf; Concessions: 194 sf.; Storage/Janitor/Elec: 284 sf; Occupancy: Business; Construction Type: VB.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
