PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the building on March 29, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Bidders are encouraged to attend the walk-through. Meet in the corridor outside of the Register of Deeds office (Suite H-09). At the discretion of Owner, a Bid may be rejected if Contractor has not attended the walk-through.

Bid Info:   Douglas County will receive sealed Bids until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at the LC1 offices of the City Clerk, Omaha–Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68183-0011. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled bid opening meeting in the Legislative Chambers after submission of bid on April 11, 2018. All parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The project consists of the following: Renovation of the Register of Deeds offices. The space is currently occupied. Work will be divided into two phases to allow the County office to remain open during construction. Temporary barriers will be required. Work includes demolition and new construction of approximately 4,945 square feet of space, including interior finishes, minor modifications to mechanical systems, relocation of electrical, and I/T systems to conform to the new office layout.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
