Douglas County will receive sealed Bids until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at the LC1 offices of
the City Clerk, Omaha–Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68183-0011. Bids received after this
time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled bid opening meeting in the Legislative
Chambers after submission of bid on April 11, 2018. All parties are invited to attend.

The project consists of the following: Renovation of the Register of Deeds offices. The space is currently occupied. Work will be divided
into two phases to allow the County office to remain open during construction. Temporary barriers
will be required. Work includes demolition and new construction of approximately 4,945 square feet
of space, including interior finishes, minor modifications to mechanical systems, relocation of
electrical, and I/T systems to conform to the new office layout.
