Public Notes:
Northeast Community College wishes to increase redundancy to their existing data center. A new uninterruptable power supply (UPS) and automatic transfer switch will be located within the existing data center. A new diesel generator will be added on grade adjacent to the building.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set (payable to Kingery Construction)

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

The deposit check will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders who return their plans, specs, and any issued addenda in good condition within 14 days of the bid opening.
