Project Description: Project consists of, but is not limited to the following: A
complete renovation of the existing 1969 High School Building approx 70,000 SF.
Work includes all new MEP including technology, access control, and fire
sprinklers, finishes from flooring to ceilings, locker room renovations, restroom
renovations, auditorium upgrades, and minor classroom reconfigurations.
Additional renovations will occur in the STEAM (Tech) Center building built circa.
2000, including finishing previous white box spaces for science labs, family
consumer sciences, graphic arts, and industrial tech. An addition of
approximately 30,000 SF will consist of a new gymnasium, student commons,
elevator, kitchen and servery. This addition will link together the STEAM Center
from 2000 and the High School from 1969. This Bid Package will be awarded as multiple prime contracts.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to Red Oak Community School District. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
