Douglas County School District 0059 (Bennington Public Schools) will receive Bids for a Combined
Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for a new elementary school
located at 17007 HWS Cleveland Boulevard Bennington, Nebraska 68007. The building is one (1) story in height, and has a total area of approximately seventy-four nine hundred
(74,900) square feet.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
