Proposals shall be received on behalf of the Owner by the Construction Manager until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the offices of RaDec Construction Co., P.O. Box 667, 308 N. Broadway St., Hartington, NE 68739. Phone: (402) 254-3345, or Fax: (402) 254-2245. Bids will be opened privately and tabulated. All work shall be coordinated under the management of the Construction Manager.
