Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted in opaque, sealed envelopes bearing on the outside the bidder's name and address, and marked "Bid for Front Office Remodel, Russell Middle School, Millard Public Schools." If bids are sent by mail, they shall be received by Steve Mainelli, Project Manager, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on March 28, 2018 at Millard Public Schools, Donald Stroh Administration Center, 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in DSAC Room C.

Public Notes:
Scope of the Project: Demo existing flooring and administrative casework desks as designated on the Drawings. Cost is to include any electrical, data and communication disconnect and reconnect at millwork/systems furniture. Data and communication work is to be performed by and coordinated with one of the following companies: Computer Cable Connections, 291-9500 or CSI, 639-7490.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
