Public Notes:
Project consists of the following scope: Renovation of the main entry vestibule of Gifford Tower consists of removing the existing storefront and doors, ceiling and lighting and providing new storefront, automatic sliding doors, precast stem walls, new vestibule ceiling and lighting. Existing vestibule carpet is to be retained.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set (payable to A & D Technical Supply)

Deposits will be returned upon the return of plans, specifications and all addenda in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bid opening. All deposits will be cashed after this fourteen day period.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $15 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
