Sealed bids will be received for the construction of a new Hall County Airport Authority Administration Building at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport, 3855 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2018, in the Board Room of the Hall County Airport Authority, 3855 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. PLEASE NOTE: The PDF is password protected.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
