Public Notes:
The Work consists of but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing exit stairs at north and south ends of Unit ll, removal and replacement of exterior stair tower doors, removal of some of the existing interior doors, saw-cutting the exterior walls and installing new doors and frames, removal and replacement of exterior storefront windows and installation of new storefront door and frame at south stair tower.
