Sealed bids addressed to Lund-Ross Constructors for the Omaha Public Schools, Omaha Early Learning
Center at Kennedy project at 30th Street and Bedford Avenue in Omaha, Nebraska will be received in the office of Lund-Ross Constructors, 4601 F Street,
Omaha, NE until 2:00 p.m. on March 21, 2018. Bids can be submitted via fax - (402) 342-8775, email - bids@lundross.com, or hand delivered - 4601 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained at the front
desk of Lund-Ross Constructors shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

The work includes the construction of a new two-story child care and office facility to be located
directly north of Omaha Public Schools’ Kennedy Elementary School at 30th and Bedford Avenue in
Omaha, Nebraska. The project shall be approximately 50,600 gross square feet of area that includes child
care rooms, interior play spaces, a full-service kitchen, administrative offices, training
rooms, and support spaces on two floors; The building structure consists of a primary steel frame. Additionally, cast-in-place
concrete walls will form the storm shelter walls that support a concrete and metal deck
roof of the shelter; Exterior walls are generally metal stud framing with brick and architectural precast
concrete, as well as aluminum storefront and prefinished metal panels; Kitchen equipment will be installed and any utility connections made under this contract.
Playground and Site Design: The work includes rough and finish grading, access drives, parking lot paving, and
sitework; Storm water will be managed on site; Playground areas will be developed based upon age-specific use. Exterior play spaces
will be immediately accessible from classrooms; The design of the playground is intended to provide an environment similar to a park or
backyard with landscaping, natural elements, paving, safety surfacing, and child play
structures.

Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit in the amount of $200.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Builders Cards will also be accepted for this project.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $45.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, NE. 68127).
