Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday March 22, 2018 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project consists of:

Installing two (2) packaged air cooled chillers pre-purchased by the Owner. System modifications including piping, electrical and new pumps are included. Controls are pre-purchased by the Owner and shall be coordinated with this contractor. Exterior work includes minor grading and structural concrete pads. The work is phased to allow the existing system to be operational while the new system is installed and includes other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $50.00 refundable deposit per set (payable to A & D Technical Supply)

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, post paid, including all addenda, in good condition, no later than 10 business days after Bid Opening to A & D Technical Supply. After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to any other location other than A & D Technical Supply.
