A pre-bid conference will be held at Nathan Hale Middle School in the Auditorium on March
6th, 2018 at 3:30 PM. Please enter in the East entrance and OPS Staff will help with
directions. An additional pre-bid conference will be held at Nathan Hale Middle School in the Library
on March 8th, 2018 at 3:30 PM for SEB Tier 1/Tier 2 Contractors interested in this project. An additional pre-bid conference will be held at Nathan Hale School on March 15th, 2018 at
9:30 AM to review the special phasing required for Mechanical & Electrical Systems. This
will be a mandatory meeting for MEP Contractors. In addition the school will be open from
9:30 AM to 1:30 PM for any on site investigations by Subcontractors.

This project includes multiple additions, renovations and phases to the existing Middle
School. Renovations for the Middle School include a new administration area, a new Dock
addition, and new multi-use / storm shelter addition, renovation of existing classrooms,
new finishes, including but not limited to refinishing existing casework, paint, ceilings,
flooring, doors and hardware, etc. A new fire alarm system will be incorporated into the
entire building along with new fire sprinkler system. There is new mechanical and
plumbing to the new additions and upgrades to the existing systems. Electrical scope will
include new work to the additions and upgrades through-out the school to include
relocation to a new main service panel. The project also includes renovation to the
exterior brick pool facade, partial roof replacement, window replacement, new doors and
door hardware, and civil changes such as new paving and sidewalk areas.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. A Builders Card will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit check. Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening. If documents are not returned within the stipulated time period the deposit will be forfeited.
