PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid walk through will be held for this project on Wednesday, 1 March 7, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Bidders shall meet in the lobby of J. Sterling Morton Elementary School.

Bid Info:   The Board of Education for Millard Public Schools, School District No. 17, Douglas County, Nebraska, will receive sealed bids for a Flooring Replacement Contract at J. Sterling Morton Elementary School, 1805 South 160th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids for the Flooring Replacement Contract at J. Sterling Morton Elementary School will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, March 21, 2018, at Millard Public Schools, Donald Stroh Administration Center-A located at 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project includes removal and replacement of existing flooring and base in various portions of the school. There will be miscellaneous carpentry and abatement work done by the District at the same time; however, under separate contracts.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
