SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Millard West High School has an existing pool dehumidification unit and pool water heater
which the District desires to replace as the equipment is near the end of its useful life and
experiencing major failures. The project includes but is not limited to the following major
elements: Removal of the existing pool dehumidification unit (PDU), Removal of existing HWS / R piping associated with the existing PDU, Removal of select ductwork associated with the existing PDU, Removal of existing pool heating piping (heat rejection) associated with the existing PDU, Removal of existing pool water heater, Removal of select piping associated with the existing pool water heater, General demolition to accommodate project, Acceptance of a District pre-purchased PDU, Installation of the new PDU associated supports, ductwork, controls, etc., Installation of the new pool water heater, Commissioning new equipment and controls, Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment, Structural modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment, General Construction (including roof work) to accommodate new mechanical equipment.
The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Control Masters (402-333-9800).
