Bid Info:   Cheever Construction Company will be accepting proposals for the construction at their office, Cheever Construction Company, 3425 North 44th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68504, Attn: Tim Donner, up to the hour of:
2:00 PM, Local Time, on Thursday, March 8th, 2018

Project Location: Norfolk, NE

Public Notes:
The project consists of three additions to the existing care facility. The work includes additions of a therapy gym, assisted living units, and a memory care addition. Total footage of the additions is 20,000 square feet. The project includes extensive site preparation, utilities and paving of parking lots and drives.

Bidding Documents may be obtained by contacting A & D Technical Supply Co., http://www.adtechplans.com; 1822 ‘N’ Street, Lincoln, NE, Phone - 402-474-5454, Fax - 402-474-5779, and upon receipt of a $125.00 per set deposit, with checks made payable to Cheever Construction Company.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply Co. in good condition, post-paid within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

If shipping is needed, an additional non-refundable payment of $20 made payable to A&D Technical Supply is required.
