Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on March 13, 2018 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
The project consists of the replacement of existing doors and hinges with new hollow metal doors, hardware and hinges in Buildings 3 and 10, as well as painting of existing hollow metal door frames. A minor portion of the project consists of replacement of existing grab bars and new underlavatory guards in two restrooms in Building 10.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply, at 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 with a refundable $20.00 deposit check made payable to Nebraska State Building Division.

Documents may be shipped for an additional, non-refundable fee of $15 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be returned to the contractor / subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications and addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date.
